If Cleveland is going to shatter those low expectations, they need immediate, high-level production from their 2026 draft class. Seven key rookies will be counted on to step up, including three named as Week 1 starters against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Here is the breakdown of the seven rookies holding the keys to the Browns’ season.
The New Aerial Assault: Denzel Boston & KC Concepcion
The Browns renovated their wide receiver room overnight by throwing two rookie starters directly into the fire.

A rebuilt offensive line needs reliable depth, and two incoming rookies are battling for real playing time.
- Austin Barber (#58, RG): The 3rd-round pick from Florida has been making serious noise, pushing for a starting guard spot all summer. He dominated his 84 preseason snaps, allowing just 1 sack.
