Yes, Watcon’s cap hit thing is moved/pushed to later years. For those confused, the best way to explain it: is in this lovely article here:
TL:DR – the more years you push the payments out, the less percentage of cap space you’re taking up right now. This gives you more room for things like bringing in mercenary O-Linesmen.
Also, Cap head-room is normally increasing, not shrinking.
